The team on the ground has over 85 years of combined experience in the paving industry. Centerline Paving is truly a generational paving company. Our grandfather taught his sons the many nuances of laying asphalt, who in turn taught their sons. Today, family member Suzanne Hanley is the owner of Centerline Paving (2171476 Alberta Ltd. o/a Centerline Paving)

Centerline Paving is a member of the ACSA, WCB, and Edmonton Construction Association. With family paving experience across Alberta for over 30 years, Centerline Paving is a proud provider of asphalt and concrete services to Edmonton and the surrounding areas.

Key Personnel

Michel Breau, General Manager

As General Manager for Centerline Paving, Michel brings more than 40 years of experience in asphalt and construction management. His expertise includes paving techniques, specifications, project execution, and technical sales. From residential driveways to large-scale commercial projects, Michel plays an integral role in supporting Centerline’s continued growth and long-term vision.

Terry Roblee, Project Manager & Estimator

Terry has been active in the asphalt and construction industry for 15 years. As a former owner-operator of a contracting service company, he brings valuable business knowledge and strong sales experience to his role at Centerline Paving. During his 7 years with the company, Terry’s focus has remained the same: delivering a high-quality product, taking great care of the crew, and ensuring every customer is fully satisfied. Known for his friendly approach and strong work ethic, Terry brings professionalism and personality to every project.

Todd Holloway, Operations Manager

In 2019, Todd founded Centerline Paving with his nephew. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Todd was driven to provide customers with the same quality, value, and service he would expect himself. His vision was to build not only a family business, but a company rooted in strong customer relationships. After years of building a team known for its experience, work ethic, and professionalism, Todd is proud to see Centerline Paving thrive as a business driven by customer satisfaction. His mantra: Customer referrals above all.

Brett Kronewitt, Site Superintendent

Brett serves as Centerline’s Site Superintendent and brings 30 years of asphalt placing experience to the team. From highways to driveways, and from small repairs to full parking lot builds, Brett ensures every Centerline project is completed to the highest quality standard. His extensive field experience and commitment to excellence make him a key part of delivering reliable, professional results for every client.

Matthew Peterson, Office Manager & Safety Supervisor

Matt has been involved in the paving industry since he was a young boy, growing up in a family of owner-operators who ran multiple paving companies across Alberta. For Matt, paving is more than a career — it is a family tradition and way of life that spans generations. As a co-founder of Centerline Paving, Matt brings over 25 years of industry experience, combining hands-on knowledge with a deep understanding of the business. With degrees in Business and Occupational Health and Safety, he supports operations, manages client relations, and ensures safety compliance across all projects.

Suzanne Hanley, Accounting

Suzanne oversees the financial operations of Centerline Paving. With 34 years of experience, she is recognized for her attention to detail, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency. Through strategic financial management and accounting expertise, Suzanne provides the insights needed to support sustainable growth. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, horses and outrigger canoe paddling.
